Nextgen Talent Vision provides educational consultancy, including but not limited to:

• Shortlisting of colleges (MBA, Engineering, Medical, etc.) based on student preferences and scores.
• Guidance on application documentation, mock interviews, and personality development.
• Assistance with admission procedures for institutions in India and abroad.

2. No Guarantee of Admission

While we provide expert guidance and strive to maximize your chances of success, Nextgen Talent Vision does not guarantee admission to any specific college, university, or program. The final decision rests solely with the respective educational institution based on their own criteria, entrance exams (NEET, CAT, GMAT, etc.), and interview performance.

3. User Obligations & Accuracy of Information

• Authenticity: You represent and warrant that all information, academic records, and documents provided to us are authentic, accurate, and current.
• Non-Disclosure: Any falsification of documents or withholding of critical information (such as past criminal records or academic dismissals) may lead to immediate termination of our services without a refund.
• Timeliness: You are responsible for meeting the deadlines set by universities and by our consultants for document submission. We are not liable for missed opportunities due to student delays.

4. Fees and Payments

• Service Fees: Our fees for consulting packages are communicated at the time of engagement.
• Non-Refundability: Unless explicitly stated in a signed service agreement, registration fees and service charges are non-refundable once the consulting process (e.g., profile evaluation or college shortlisting) has commenced.
• Third-Party Costs: All university application fees, entrance exam fees, visa processing fees, and courier charges are to be borne by the student and are not included in our service fees.
• Direct Payments: Students are advised to pay tuition fees directly to the university/college accounts. Nextgen Talent Vision is not responsible for any financial disputes arising from payments made to unauthorized third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Nextgen Talent Vision. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nextgen Talent Vision shall not be held liable for:

• Rejection of admission or visa applications by relevant authorities.
• Changes in university fee structures, intake capacities, or eligibility criteria.
